✓ You hold space—but your own cup is running dry.
✓ You want to help people heal—but your current methods only scratch the surface.
✓ Your clients keep looping. You’re over-giving. Underpaid.
✓ And you’re starting to wonder if you’re even cut out for this.
The Truth? YOU ARE.
You just haven’t had the right tool or the right training—yet.
Hey, I’m Rebecca Kordecki
Celebrity coach. Breathwork pioneer. Wellness veteran with 30+ years of experience. I’ve led thousands through transformational breathwork sessions, built a sold-out practice, and helped other healers launch thriving businesses rooted in real impact. This training is the culmination of everything I’ve learned—and now it’s yours. No fluff. No spiritual bypassing. Just real tools, transformation, and a roadmap that works.
My Story — From Burnout to Breathwork
I was done. Burnt out. Empty.
And breathwork brought me back.
I spent 22 years as a personal trainer. From the outside? Thriving.
But inside? I was fried.
Every day, I woke up with a pit in my stomach that felt like a bowling ball. Not stress. Burnout. The kind that makes you question everything. Until breathwork found me—and cracked me open. It gave me my spark back. My soul back.
And reminded me why I started.
Since that day, it’s been my go-to for clients and for myself. If I had to choose one tool to keep forever?
Breathwork. Every time.
If you’re where I was…
This training might be the thing that brings you back, too.
This isn’t “just breathing.”
This is a trauma-informed, nervous system-led, soul-aligned modality that actually shifts stuck patterns, emotional blocks, and old identities—fast.
Breathwork is the missing modality.
And this is the training that will teach you how to deliver it like a damn leader.
Breathwork is the one tool that:
→ Releases stored trauma without talking it to death
→ Regulates the nervous system in real-time
→ Gets results even when nothing else has worked
→ Turns you into a guide people rave about—and pay for
And in this training,
I’ll teach you how to use it like a f*cking pro.

Got Questions? I've Got You!
Do I need any experience to join this training?
No prior experience is required—just a willing heart and a desire to learn.
This training is designed for both brand-new beginners and seasoned wellness pros. Whether you’ve never taught a session in your life or you’re already holding space for others, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the foundations, the science, and the art of breathwork facilitation. You’ll walk away fully prepared to lead sessions with your own “voice”, confidence and clarity.
Is this program trauma-informed?
Yes. Deeply.
Rebecca teaches from a trauma-informed lens, integrating somatic wisdom, nervous system safety, and emotional intelligence throughout every module. You’ll learn how to hold safe space for others—and how to support yourself as the facilitator. This is not “just breath”—it’s transformational work, taught with integrity.
Will I be certified? Can I legally teach breathwork after this?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive your official Breath Zone Certification.
This allows you to facilitate private sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats. You’ll understand what legal documents you should use (consent forms, intake, waivers) and guidance on how to ethically and professionally integrate breathwork into your practice.
Can I actually create decent income teaching and is this in demand?
100%. Breathwork is continuing to explode and is one of the most searched healing modalities around.
This is a true business-in-a-box opportunity. You’ll learn not just how to teach, but how to package your work, price your offers, attract clients, and attract your first few clients.
What if I'm still healing myself? Isn't that a problem?
Not only is it NOT a problem—it’s a superpower.
The best facilitators are the ones who are real, in process, and leading with authenticity. You don’t need to be fully “healed” to help others. You simply need to be a few steps ahead, and committed to doing your own work as you guide others through theirs.
How long do I have access to the content?
Lifetime access. Forever and ever.
You’ll have unlimited access to all recordings, manuals, replays, and bonus content. Many grads revisit the material again and again as they evolve—and you’ll be able to do the same.
What if I need to go at my own pace?
No problem at all. You can complete the certification 100% on your own schedule.
All modules are recorded. This training is intentionally built to support your lifestyle—whether you’re balancing a full-time job, kids, or another business.
I’ve seen other breathwork trainings. What makes The Breath Zone different?
This isn’t just a training—it’s a full-body business and leadership upgrade.
You’re not just learning how to facilitate breathwork. You’re learning how to lead. How to hold space. How to monetize your magic. How to speak with power, coach with presence, and run a business that changes lives—including your own.
